Blog Post #49- Planning the CCR
Next week, the main focus is the Critical Creative Reflection. To make the process easier, I made a planning sheet for me to keep up with. The planning sheet includes the question, how it will be done and what is required for it.
Question one I am still hesitant about. For question one I was planning on taking clips of unseen footage, clips from my current film along with examples of conventions and social groups where I explain how my film either uses, challenges and supports the social groups and issues. However, I am still unsure that it relates to the assignment.
For question two, there are interviews set in place. This will allow me to see how my film engages with other people outside my film, but also allows me to see how other people would distribute my film. The interviews will be recorded and combined into one video. At the end of my interviews a clip of me will be inserted where I reflect upon my project and the responses that were given.
Question three, director commentary will be used. A script will be developed before filming begins. For this question I will break down the project and explain what happens. While doing this there will be explanations on what I learned and how it applied throughout filming.
For question four, there will be a PowerPoint with a voice over. In the voiceover, I will talk about how software, hardware and online usage was all combined in this project to help make my film. Just like question three a script will be made to help me better explain what happened.
